Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. (approximately) water
1/4 c. shortening
Preparation

Work dough thoroughly until it forms into a smooth ball.
For best results, spread grease on the dough.
Pinch off small balls of dough and roll it as if making a pie crust.
Roll real thin.
Put tortilla on a heated grill, a pancake grill or cast-iron skillet. Brown a little on each side.
Makes about 2 dozen.
