Tex Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ripe tomato, chopped
    1 bunch scallions, chopped
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 c. chopped black olives
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 jar salsa
    1 can refried beans *
    1 c. shredded lettuce
Preparation
    *If you don't like beans, substitute cooked Spanish rice (1 package).
