Rhubarb Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb (in 1/2-inch pieces)
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oatmeal
Preparation

Mix rhubarb, sugar and flour.
Pour into 5 x 9-inch baking pan.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Spread over the rhubarb.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.
Serve warm or cold with whipped cream or ice cream.
