Chicken Livers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    3 Tbsp. flour
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. sherry
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Spray a large skillet with Pam.
    Roll livers in flour.
    Brown these in margarine.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    When almost cooked, pour in dry onion soup mix, sherry and water.
    Stir and let simmer, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve over fluffy, boiled rice.
