Red Beans, Rice And Kielbasa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon, chopped
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 green pepper, cut into 1-inch strips
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, undrained
    1 bay leaf
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 to 2 tsp. salt (optional)
    freshly ground pepper
    1 Polish sausage, sliced (about 1 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    cooked rice
Preparation
    In a large heavy saucepan, saute bacon until lightly brown. Remove all but 2 tablespoons fat.
    Add onion, green pepper and garlic.
    Saute until soft.
