Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. frozen yellow corn
    1 1/2 c. grated cabbage
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and simmer 20 minutes. Cool.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
