Barbecue Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork loin roast
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. dry mustard
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Combine all
    ingredients
    and
    pour
    over roast.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Remove foil; bake about an hour or until meat is tender.
