Pumpkin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wheat bran cereal (not flaked)
    1/2 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 c. Libby's solid pack pumpkin
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. raisins
    3 Tbsp. cinnamon/sugar, mixed
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine cereal and milk. Let stand 10 minutes or until milk is absorbed. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves; set aside. Add pumpkin, oil, eggs and raisins to cereal. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients; stir just until moistened. Spoon batter into greased or paper-lined 2 1/2-inch muffin cups; fill to top. Sprinkle each muffin with 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan and remove to eat! Makes 9 muffins.
