Smoked Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can red salmon, drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
    2 tsp. minced onions
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. salt
    chopped parsley
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (except parsley and nuts).
    Mix well and
    chill\tat
    least
    2 hours (better overnight).\tShape into ball and roll into nuts and then into parsley.
    Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
    Serve with cocktail bread slices or crackers.
