Grilled Reuben Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 slices rye bread
    3/4 lb. sliced corned beef
    1 c. sauerkraut
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 slices (4 oz.) Gruyere or Alpine Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Combine the mayonnaise, catsup, horseradish, parsley and pepper.
    Spread this sauce on bread.
    Layer the corned beef and sauerkraut on 4 slices of the bread and top with the cheese. Cover with the remaining bread and spread with 1 tablespoon of the butter.
    Melt the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter in a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
    Add sandwiches, unbuttered side down, and fry until golden, about 5 minutes on each side. Turn and brown the other side.
    Makes 4 servings.
