King Ranch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer
    1 medium chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    12 corn tortillas
    1 small chopped green pepper
    1/2 pkg. chili mix
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken, onion,
    celery
    and
    salt
    in water until chicken is tender.\tRemove\tchicken
    from broth and cool.
    Cut meat into small chunks.
    Add soups\tto 1 1/2 cups of broth and stir.
    Arrange tortillas in pieces\tin
    bottom of buttered 8 x 12-inch casserole.\tCover
    with chicken chunks.
    Sprinkle with green peppers and Ro-Tel
    chilies.\tPour
    soup
    mix
    over all. Sprinkle with chili mix.
    Cover
    and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40
    minutes.
    Remove
    from
    oven
    and
    sprinkle cheese on top.
    Return
    to\toven
    and
    cook,
    uncovered, until cheese is bubbly.
