Shrimp Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. diced carrot
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. thawed shrimp
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 1/2 to 2 cans regular milk
    salt, pepper, Season-All salt and garlic salt to taste
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    cornstarch/water
Preparation
    Saute the first two ingredients in butter or margarine.
    Add shrimp to onion and carrot; saute about 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add milks.
    Add salt, pepper, Season-All salt, garlic salt and cheese. Heat until cheese melts and mixture is hot.
    Thicken with cornstarch/water.
