Ingredients

4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 lb. margarine or butter
2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract or rum flavoring
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream
slivered almonds or chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Preparation

Melt chocolate and butter.
Pour into blender or mixing bowl. Add powdered sugar and blend.
Add eggs (1 at a time) and flavorings.
Whip the cream and fold into chocolate mixture.
Pour into muffin pans or parfait dishes.
Sprinkle with slivered almonds or chocolate shavings.
Freeze until set.
