Turkey Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground turkey
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    3 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. onion salt
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours.
    Roll into logs and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
