Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 green zucchini
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 to 2 eggs
    approximately 1/2 to 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut zucchini in strips.
    Saute in olive oil and butter until browned.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Put zucchini and stewed tomatoes in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.
    Mix eggs and Parmesan cheese to thick consistency (but spreadable).
    Spread over top of zucchini/tomatoes.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until lightly browned and hot.
