Broccoli And Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. low-fat small curd cottage cheese
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
    2 pkg. frozen cauliflower, chopped and cooked
    garlic salt
    dash of salt
    good sprinkle of pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Spray casserole with Pam; put mixture in casserole and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
