Meat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
    salt to taste
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute hamburg and onion.
    Cook carrots, celery and rice.
    Add to hamburg and onion and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Place in casserole; sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
    Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
