Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
6 bread slices
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
2 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Brown and drain sausage; remove crust from bread slices. Spread with butter and cube.
Place in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Top with sausage; top with cheese.
Mix together eggs, half and half, salt and dry mustard.
Pour over top; cover and chill overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
