Hamburger Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef (preferably chuck)
3 or 4 garlic cloves, chopped
3 or 4 carrots, chopped
1 lb. fresh green beans
salt and pepper to taste
1 yellow onion, diced
2 to 3 c. water
3 or 4 celery stalks, chopped
2 sliced onions
Preparation

Lots of vegetables can be added or substituted for those listed. Examples are canned green beans, mixed vegetables, potatoes, mushrooms, etc., but I would go with either all fresh or all canned, not a mixture, except for the sliced onions.
