Nana'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 1/2 self-rising flour
    3 c. raw apples
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) pkg butterscotch morsels
    whipped cream, optional
Preparation
    Combine eggs, oil, sugar and cinnamon.
    Add flour.
    Stir in apples and nuts.
    Spread in greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan.
    Sprinkle butterscotch morsels on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. Serve in squares, with or without whipped cream.
