Chocolate Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. cocoa
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. hot water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
    Add vanilla.
    Let cool.
    Pour into container and refrigerate.
