Chicken, Rice Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up and salted
    1 1/2 c. raw rice
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Oil bottom of large baking dish.
    Spread rice over bottom. Pour in soup mixed with water.
    Turn chicken over in oil.
    Lay on top of rice and soup.
    Cover with foil and bake 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
