Homemade Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour plus 1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 large eggs, beaten well
Preparation
    Measure flour and resift with salt.
    Add slowly to beaten eggs.
    Mix until well blended.
    Roll very thin in a rectangle shape on floured board.
    Let dry 1/2 hour.
    Slice noodles. Separate and dry completely.
    (Good in soup or cook for use in casseroles.)
