Grandmom Kowki'S Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded American cheese (I shred in a little sharp cheese)
    dash of pepper
    dash of paprika
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    In saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and paprika until smooth.
    Gradually stir in milk; cook, stirring constantly until thickened and smooth.
    Add cheese and cook until cheese is melted.
    Pour over hot cooked vegetables.
