Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground meat
1 lb. sausage
1 large onion
salt to taste
pepper to taste
basil to taste
parsley to taste
1 c. Minute rice
5 eggs
5 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
bell peppers
1 jar Ragu
Preparation
-
Brown meat and onion.
Add salt, pepper, basil and parsley to taste.
Add rice.
When meat is cooled, add 5 eggs, Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
