Trout Almondine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Tbsp. (1 stick) butter
    1/2 to 2/3 c. shaved almonds
    2 whole trout, cleaned (about 12 oz. each)
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine butter and almonds in a 2-cup glass measure. Microwave, uncovered, at power level High for 4 to 6 minutes, or until almonds are lightly browned, stirring twice.
