Green Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green peppers
    4 large hot green peppers
    5 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 (6 oz.) jar pectin
    hot pepper flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Blend peppers to a fine mush.
    Put in heavy saucepan and add sugar and vinegar.
    Bring to a boil and boil vigorously while stirring, 2 minutes.
    Set aside; skim.
    Add pectin and pour into sterilized jars.
