Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cauliflower
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Boil cauliflower in salted water until tender.
    Drain.
    Make white sauce with milk, flour, cheese and butter.
    Pour over cauliflower.
