Deep Dish Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lukewarm water
    2 Tbsp. dry yeast
    2 tsp. honey
    2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
    6 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Mix together water and yeast.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir in honey, salt and oil.
    Add 3 cups of flour; beat until smooth.
    Add last 3 cups of flour and knead until barely firm.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Roll out and stretch to cover bottom and 1 1/2 inch sides of a large iron frying pan.
    Let rise 10 minutes.
    Cover with favorite toppings.
    Bake in moderate oven (375\u00b0) for 25 minutes. Best when baked in a wood stove.
