Grilled Orange Roughy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 orange roughy fillets
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Combine lemon juice, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Whisk in olive oil.
    Marinate fillets for 30 to 60 minutes.
    Grill 5 to 6 minutes per side.
