Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. butter
    2 c. raw peanuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar, syrup and water; cook slowly until it reaches 236\u00b0.
    Add nuts and salt; cook until temperature reaches 295\u00b0. Add butter and soda; remove from heat.
