Work Person'S Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chuck roast, seasoned the way your family likes it
garlic
onions
1 large onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Season roast to your taste.
I use garlic and onion to stuff it.
Place in a large Dutch oven.
Add chopped onion and a can of cream of mushroom soup.
Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce over the top and cover.
Place in 200\u00b0 to 250\u00b0 oven before work.
At supper time, it is done to perfection with wonderful gravy.
