Acini De Pepe Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Ronzoni pasta
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 cans mandarin oranges
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 large carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Boil Ronzoni in 4 cups water for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender; drain and cool.
    Drain juice of pineapple and oranges into saucepan.
    Add sugar, eggs and flour.
    Cook over medium heat; stir constantly until thick like pudding.
    Mix pineapple, oranges and cooled pasta gently; fold in pudding mixture.
    Chill overnight or a whole day.
    When ready to serve, add marshmallows and Cool Whip.
    Toss gently and enjoy.
