Crazy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. cold water
2/3 c. oil
2 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all together.
Pour in pan and bake at 350 degrees until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
