Orange Coffee Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    2 cans refrigerated biscuits
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 oz. (1/3 of 3 oz. pkg.) cream cheese
    3/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Combine sugar and grated orange rind. Remove biscuits from cans and drop each biscuit in melted butter and then in sugar mixture.
    Arrange in an overlapping circle in a greased 9-inch round cake pan.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cream together cheese, orange juice, confectioners sugar and vanilla. While coffee ring is still warm, spread frosting over top and sprinkle with coconut.
    Serve while warm.
