Microwave Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 c. milk
    1/2 c. diced onion
    4 medium potatoes, peeled
Preparation
    In 3-quart glass casserole, combine all ingredients except potatoes.
    Cook on Medium-high for 10 to 12 minutes or until thickened; stir twice during cooking.
    Slice potatoes and add to thickened sauce.
    Cook on High 17 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender; stir once during cooking.
