Hot Rice Cakes With Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. ground turkey
    1/8 tsp. ground cumin
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 rice cakes
    1/2 c. shredded lettuce
    1/2 medium tomato, sliced
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. medium salsa
    2 oz. reduced-calorie American cheese
Preparation
    Preheat broiler. On stove, spray pan with Pam.
    Heat over medium heat for 1 minute.
    Add turkey, cumin and garlic; cook through about 2 to 3 minutes.
    Spoon turkey onto rice cakes, top with remaining ingredients.
    Broil for 2 minutes.
