Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. uncooked macaroni
    1 tsp. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    3 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. hot water
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large pot of boiling water, cook macaroni until tender according to package directions.
    Drain thoroughly and place in large mixing bowl.
    Stir in butter and egg, saving enough to sprinkle on the top of casserole.
    Stir in cheese.
