Chicken Confetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, split to make 4 servings
1 envelope Italian flavored coating mix for chicken
1/4 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 slices bacon, chopped
1/2 green pepper, diced

Preparation

Drop split chicken breasts into a sack with coating mix and shake to thoroughly coat pieces.
Bake chicken in 350\u00b0 oven until done, about 50 to 60 minutes.
