Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crushed pineapple with juice
2 large eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
4 slices bread, cubed
Preparation

Spray casserole with nonstick baking spray.
Mix all ingredients and pour into dish.
Dust top with ground ginger and cinnamon.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
Great served with ham.
