Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
Preparation

Heat oil to 380\u00b0.
Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl.
Add eggs, milk and vanilla to the dry ingredients.
Beat well with electric mixer until smooth.
