Tempura - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups cold water
2 cups sifted, all-purpose flour
1 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. white pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine ingredients and mix until smooth. Let stand for 15 minutes.
