Cranberry Salad Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag whole cranberries
    1 1/2 c. water
    salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 small pkg. cherry Jell-O
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 c. seeded, quartered red grapes
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    In a large pot, put cranberries, water, pinch of salt and sugar.
    Cover pot while cooking and cook until the cranberries pop! Add cherry Jell-O, celery, nuts, grapes, pineapple and coconut. Mix well and put into greased mold.
    Let jell overnight.
    Remove from mold.
    Perfect for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
