Jailhouse Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chili meat
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 qt. water
    8 Tbsp. chili powder
    3 tsp. salt
    10 garlic cloves, chopped
    3 Tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. ground comino
    1 tsp. ground oregano
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    6 Tbsp. corn meal
Preparation
    Cook chili meat until gray.
    Add water and simmer 2 hours. Mix spices together and stir into meat.
    Simmer 30 minutes more. Mix flour and meal with water to make a thin paste.
    Stir into chili and cook about 20 minutes more, stirring often to prevent sticking.
