Light Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. potato water
    1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. powdered milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick butter
    4 c. bread flour
Preparation
    Warm potato water, sugar and honey.
    Add milk, yeast, salt and 3 cups flour.
    Beat eggs and add butter and Crisco.
    Mix in large bowl.
    Stir in more flour to firm dough.
    Knead and let rise twice.
    Form rolls, buns or loaves.
    Bake at 425\u00b0.
