Dill Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

small cucumbers
garlic
canning salt
water
alum
dill
vinegar
ice
Preparation
-
Scrub very small cucumbers and cover with ice. Let stand for 4 hours. Drain and put into sterile jars. For each quart jar, add 1/8 teaspoon alum, 3 cloves garlic and 2 heads dill.
