Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    5 c. water
    5 chicken bouillon cubes or 5 tsp. instant bouillon
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
    5 c. milk
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
Preparation
    Melt margarine and saute onion. Add water and bouillon.
    Bring to a boil. Add broccoli and simmer for 5 minutes. Add milk and Velveeta.
    Simmer until melted on low heat, stirring frequently.
