Mexican Wedding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter until light and fluffy.
    Add sugar and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
    Add flour, salt and nuts and mix well.
    Shape into walnut sized balls.
    Place balls on ungreased baking pan in 325\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
    Roll in powdered sugar and cool; roll again in sugar.
