Ingredients

1 1/4 c. unsifted flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cardamon
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
oil (for frying)
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Stir in egg and milk.
Roll out to about 3/4-inch thickness on a well floured surface.
Cut in triangles or with biscuit cutter before frying.
