Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising meal
1 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. oil
1 can cream-style corn
1 hot pepper chopped or (jalapeno pepper in jar that are sliced-chop about 1/4 c.)
1 large onion
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 green bell pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in iron skillet like cornbread.
If you don't like it real sticky, use 1/2 can cream style corn and 1/2 can whole kernel corn.
